Long-Term Care
Our long-term residents are the heart and soul of our home. They also have access to rehab and the other specialized services we offer, as their condition requires. With the help of our nursing staff, medical director, and our families’ support, we strive for our residents to be as independent as possible. The more they can do for themselves, the longer their quality of life will become.
Rehabilitation
Our Rehab team consists of licensed therapist focused on 4 different disciplines to help you regain the strength, mobility, and independence; achieve the best possible outcome; and return to the activities you most enjoy. We offer therapy services up to six days a week, as ordered by our rehab team.
Areas of focus: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapy

Monthly Rates starting at $1030
Includes: utility bills, cable, meals, and cleaning for all units.
Secure Dementia Unit
Secure unit to accommodate dementia and high risk elopement residents with keypad entry and individualized discharge planning.

Fine Dining
Our kitchen is led by our culinary chef and staff who prepare daily restaurant style cuisines. Each resident has the luxury of menu selections per meal to express their likes and dislikes.
